Kensington Tours Unveils Golf and Tennis Itineraries

Kensington Tours has announced a limited series of luxury itineraries designed around the worlds of golf and tennis, including the Wimbledon Championships.  

Designed for discerning travellers who seek to combine their passion for sports with the luxury and depth of cultural exploration that Kensington Tours is renowned for, these trips highlight the company's expertise in offering exclusive access to world-renowned events along with crafting unforgettable, tailored travel experiences.  

As with all of Kensington’s trips, each one can be customized to the client’s interests with options by Kensington’s Destination Experts, many of whom are also passionate golf enthusiasts who have played these courses themselves. 

For some inspiration as a starting point for planning, there are four sample itineraries including: 

Wimbledon: This immersive seven-day trip to experience the pinnacle of tennis includes premium seats at the Wimbledon Semi Finals as well as opportunities to enjoy the best of London with a private speedboat ride on the Thames and personalized guided tours of the Cotswolds, Warwick Castle, and the British Museum. From $13,510 per person. 

Golfing the Emerald Isle: An eight-day journey to the heart of Ireland's golfing landscape includes Belfast, Portrush, Newcastle and Dublin where golfers can challenge themselves on some of the world’s most historic and renowned courses including Royal Portrush, Royal County Down and Portmarnock Golf Course.  While not enjoying the fairways, guests also will discover the region’s rich history and vibrant culture with an expert local guide including the artistry of legendary whisky distilleries and the Guinness Storehouse - all while enjoying the luxury of five-star accommodations throughout the journey. From $10,560 per person. 

Golf, Whisky, and Castles: This eight-day trip to Scotland includes opportunities to explore several cities including Edinburgh, St Andrews, Carnoustie, and Loch Lomond. Combining the best of all worlds, guests will go from playing on the country’s historic, renowned golf courses including Carnoustie Golf Club, St. Andrews and Carrick Golf Course, to admiring stunning castles, lochs, and distilleries with a private guide.  From $7,656 per person. 

New Zealand: Ultimate Golf Experience: This 14-day journey into the beauty of New Zealand includes visits to Auckland, Bay of Islands, Napier and Queenstown with opportunities to hit the links at the Titirangi Golf Course as well as the legendary Kauri Cliffs, Millbrook Resort & Country Club, Sky High Fairways, Jack’s Point and Cape Kidnappers. From $28,996 per person.
